Deleting an Owner(s)

Here’s how to remove an owner from your Propra account.

1. On the side menu, click Owners.

2. Select the desired owner from the list.

3. Remove the Asset or property ( clicking on the three dots next to the asset)
4. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select the Deactivate Owner button.
5. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select the Delete button to remove the desired owner from your Propra profile permanently.
