Understanding the Resident Portal

The Propra Resident Portal is a centralized location for owners and tenants to submit and review maintenance requests, view lease details, access important documents, and manage billing information.


Tenants and owners can login to the resident portal at propra.io from any web browser using the email address that is associated to their respective records in your manager app.

Resident Portal Overview


Your tenants and owners can access the portal at any time by logging in at propra.io.


To get signed up, they simply visit propra.io/signup and create their profile using the email address that you have associated to their record.


Once logged in, here are the navigation options that will be available at the top right side of the screen:


Maintenance

In the Maintenance tab, users can:

  • View all maintenance requests and their statuses.
  • Submit new maintenance requests by selecting the relevant property and unit.

Owners can also review and address any approval requests from their property manager.


Assets (Owners) / Lease (Residents)

For property owners, the Assets tab provides a detailed view of all properties owned or managed. You can access important information related to each asset from this section.


Residents will find the Lease tab instead, where they can:

  • View lease details and documents specific to their lease.
  • Access important information related to their tenancy.


Documents

The Documents tab is available to both owners and residents. Any documents that have been shared with that user can be accessed here to download and view.


Users will also receive alerts when new documents have been shared that include a copy of the document as an attachment.


Billing

The Billing section displays comprehensive billing details:

  • Owners can view billing details for all their assets and overall balances.
  • Residents can see their balance information, including outstanding balances and past transactions.
  • Download receipts for past transactions and view descriptions of charges.


Profile and Settings

A user's Profile and Settings can be accessed by clicking on the initials in the top right corner. Here, a user can:

  • View and update their profile information.
  • Adjust settings to customize their portal experience.
  • Log out of the portal when needed.
